We have 2 plans available, our Connect plan is free to use with no limit on number of users or clients you can put through the system. You will be able to assess a clients estate planning needs, connect them with a trusted estate planner, and receive critical family and estate data.
If you’re interested in earning commission on the legal services your clients take through Estgro then we also offer the Connect Plus plan, giving you 20% commission on legal services undertaken. This plan costs £99 + VAT per user, per month if paid yearly or £115 + VAT per user, per month if paid monthly.
If you have more than 5 users or a specific requirement, then please contact us to discuss a bespoke plan.

Subscription to the Connect Plus plan enables you to earn 20% commission on any legal services your clients take through Estgro. The system will ask you to set up a stripe account and payments will be made to you via stripe within 2-5 working days from your client paying in full for their legal services. Payments will be made in adherence with Stripe’s terms and conditions.
Both plans offer the functionality for you to be able to offer industry leading estate planning services to your clients, with no training or expertise required. With Connect Plus you will also be able to earn 20% commission on all legal services undertaken by your clients via an Estgro partner, making it a great new revenue stream for your business.
Yes, we will work with you to understand your requirements and provide a bespoke pricing plan.
Absolutely. We understand the importance of your established, trusted relationships and you will have the ability to invite your existing partners to become part of your team to service your clients.
No, you will have the option to retain any leads from your clients around mortgages, insurance or pensions. You will be able to select this option when setting your preferences and choosing your client’s advisory team.
Not automatically, however your client may wish to share a copy of their Will with you which they can do easily and securely within the platform. You will, however, see the data your client inputs to their Estate Questionnaire which will enable the legal provider to build their Will and other documents. This will include data around relationships, beneficiaries (including contact information), assets, liabilities, executors and more.
You will select the Estgro partners you wish to provide services to your clients, creating an advisory team of legal, mortgage, insurance and pension specialists. Within the client section, you will then have full visibility of who they have been referred to and the status of the referral. You will be able to communicate directly with any partner assigned to your clients.
We’ve built a robust network of trusted partners who are experts in their field, bringing together specialists in estate planning, mortgages, insurance and pensions. Partners will have been through the Estgro accreditation process meaning we have carefully vetted them to ensure their adherence to the highest standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance.

Yes, you can add your logo and brand colours to Estgro to ensure it’s in line with your branding for both your internal users and clients. You can also personalise all system emails.
Yes, within the platform you will be able to send messages via the chat to all advisors who are assisting your clients. Their full contact information will also be available if you wanted to call or email them.
Yes, the beauty of Estgro is that it enables you to offer comprehensive and complex estate planning services to your clients with no training or expertise required. The platform assesses your client’s estate and provides them with a personalised plan including recommendations of how they can best protect their wishes and maximise the value of the legacies they leave behind. Our team of accredited, trusted partners then work with your clients to put the necessary documents and plans in place with as much or as little involvement from you as you wish – and you can see the progress at every stage.
It should take no more than 10 minutes to set up your Estgro account, there are helpful videos to guide you when it comes to setting your preferences and choosing your team as well as customising the portal and personalising email templates.
Whilst you can access Estgro from anywhere in the world, unfortunately our partners only offer legal services within England and Wales at present. If you are interested in using Estgro in another jurisdiction, please let us know
Subscriptions work on a per user basis and there is no limit to the number of users that can be added within an organisation.
Estgro provides support through its internal support team, who can be contacted via telephone, email or online chat. 9-5, Monday to Friday.
There’s no formal training required to use Estgro. The system does have a number of useful prompts, videos and FAQ’s to help you make the most of the platform and our support team are available if you need any further help.
Data is stored in the UK on Amazon’s Web Servers, one of the leading Cloud service providers on the market for data security, management, and monitoring. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
